Sun Plus Konnyaku (Shirataki) Kuro is a 200g pack of black konnyaku in thin shirataki strands. The noodles are springy and slightly chewy. Rinse before use to remove the packing liquid, then drain well before adding to dishes.
- Rinse and add to sukiyaki or hotpot
- Toss with sesame sauce in a cold salad
