Fresh Tenggiri (Fillet) /kg

Tenggiri, or Spanish mackerel, is offered here as a fresh fillet sold by weight. Cut it into thick pieces for a spicy curry, marinate and grill it, or fry it with turmeric. The firm texture of tenggiri holds up well to bold spices, so a rempah marinade or a coating of turmeric and salt works nicely.
