Borneocado is sold per piece and is an avocado variety grown in Borneo, developing rich, creamy flesh once fully ripe. It is generally smaller than common avocado varieties, with a thinner skin that makes peeling straightforward.

• Mash for spreads or dips, or slice into salads and sandwiches
• Halve and scoop straight from the skin as a simple side
• Check ripeness by gently pressing the skin, which should yield slightly
• Ripen the avocado at room temperature, then refrigerate and use within a few days.
