AHA Spring Onion is a 120g pack of spring onions with mild-flavoured white bulbs and green tops used widely as a garnish and aromatic base. Both the white and green parts are edible, with the white section carrying a slightly sharper, more pungent flavour when raw.

• Slice finely as a garnish for noodles, soups or fried rice
• Use the white parts in stir-fries and the greens as a finishing touch
• Trim the root ends before slicing
• Refrigerate the spring onions in a bag and use within about a week.
