AHA Baby Kailan is a 200g pack of young Chinese kale with tender stems and leaves and a slightly bitter, mustardy flavour when cooked. The young stems are more tender than mature kailan, needing only a short blanch before they are ready to serve.
- Blanch and serve with oyster sauce and fried garlic
- Stir-fry with ginger or add to noodle dishes
- Trim tough stem ends before cooking
- Refrigerate the kailan in a perforated bag and use within a few days.
