Zenxin Mini Cos is a 200g pack of small romaine-type lettuce heads with crisp, elongated leaves and a mild flavour. Rinse thoroughly just before cooking to remove any grit hiding between the leaves.
- Use whole leaves for Caesar salad or lettuce wraps
- Halve and grill lightly for a warm side dish
- Rinse and dry thoroughly to keep leaves crisp
- Store unwashed in the fridge crisper drawer and use within about a week
