Peeled Shallot is a 200g pack of shallots that have already been peeled, ready to slice or chop straight away for cooking. Having the peeling already done removes one of the more time-consuming steps when a recipe calls for several shallots.
- Slice thinly and fry until golden for a crispy garnish
- Dice as a base for sauces, curries and sambals
