Daun Sup 50g

Daun Sup is a 50g pack of Chinese celery, an aromatic herb with slender stalks and leaves used to flavour soups and stir-fries. Its flavour sits between celery and parsley, and a small handful is usually enough to lift the aroma of a dish.

• Add finely chopped to soups, congee or noodle broths
• Use as a garnish over stir-fried or steamed dishes
• Wash thoroughly and trim wilted leaves before use
• Refrigerate the daun sup in a perforated bag and use within a few days.
