Coconut Milk is a 250g pack of fresh coconut milk pressed from grated coconut.
- Use as the base for curries, laksa, rendang or coconut-based desserts
- Stir well before use as the cream may separate on standing
- Simmer gently rather than boil hard to prevent the milk from splitting
- Keep refrigerated and use promptly once opened, as fresh coconut milk does not keep as long as canned versions
