Chinese Cabbage, also known as napa cabbage, is a mild, crinkly-leafed cabbage sold per kg. Chinese Cabbage is a handy addition to everyday cooking and pairs well with a variety of other fresh produce.

• Add to hotpot, soups or braised dishes for a soft, sweet texture
• Stir-fry with garlic or use raw, shredded, in salads and kimchi
• Layer into dumplings or wraps
• Store in the refrigerator crisper drawer wrapped loosely and use within one to two weeks
