Beijing Cabbage /kg

Beijing Cabbage is sold per kg and is a napa-style cabbage with pale, crinkled leaves and a mild, sweet flavour. Its high water content makes it especially good at soaking up the flavours of soups, hotpots and braised dishes.

• Shred into salads or use raw in wraps
• Stir-fry, steam or add to soups and hotpots
• Rinse leaves thoroughly to remove any grit
• Refrigerate the cabbage in a bag and use within about a week.
