Tate & Lyle Light Muscovado is a pack of light muscovado sugar, an unrefined sugar with a soft texture and mild molasses flavor suited to baking. The 500g pack is a standard household size. Its soft, slightly sticky texture comes from the retained molasses, which also gives baked goods a deeper color and flavor than white or caster sugar would.
