AFY Organic Aloe Vera is a pack of two aloe vera leaves with thick, gel-filled flesh commonly used in drinks and desserts. The clear, jelly-like flesh has a very mild, slightly bitter taste on its own, which is why it is usually paired with something sweet.
- Peel and cube the inner gel for use in drinks or desserts
- Rinse the cubed gel well to remove any bitterness before use
- Combine with honey or fruit for a simple dessert
- Refrigerate the peeled gel and use within a few days once cut.
