Method
Step 1 of 7
Crush the peanuts into smaller pieces by laying them on a large cutting board or clean kitchen surface and rolling with a rolling pin. Set aside.
Step 2 of 7
Brush the surface of your cutting board and rolling pin with a very light layer of oil to prevent sticking.
Step 3 of 7
Melt the rock sugar by stirring constantly over medium low heat, about 5-10 minutes for it to melt completely.
Step 4 of 7
Add peanuts, chia seeds & sesame seeds to the melted sugar and mix well.
Step 5 of 7
Quickly pour the hot peanut and sugar mixture onto the greased, flat surface of the cutting board and immediately roll/press it out to about 1/3-inch thick.
Step 6 of 7
Cut into desired size and shape.
Step 7 of 7
Store in an air-tight container for longer shelf life.

1) 450g Roasted Peanuts, skinless
2) 250g Rock Sugar
3) Small amount of oil (for brushing)
4) 1/4 cup Black Sesame Seeds
5) 1/8 cup Chia Seeds
6) Pinch of Sea Salt Flakes (as needed)
