Step 1 of 8
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 of 8
Make muffin batter as per box instructions.
Step 3 of 8
Drain excess grease from skillet.
Step 4 of 8
Pour batter into a greased cupcake tray, fill till halfway only.
Step 5 of 8
Cover the peanut butter with remaining batter.
Step 6 of 8
Bake as per box instructions, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 7 of 8
Let cool on a wire rack.
Step 8 of 8
Top with whipped cream and roasted peanuts.

3) 2 Eggs
4) 60g Unsalted Butter
