Method

Step 1 of 4

Bring about 6 cups of water to a boil and cook Banza pasta until al dente, about 8-9 minutes. Do expect some foam to appear on the top layer of the boiling pasta.

Step 2 of 4

Then, strain and rinse with cold water to stop the pasta from overcooking.

Step 3 of 4

Return rinsed pasta to a warm pot by adding ¼ of Minor Figures oat milk, classic cheddar cheese, and 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Slowly stir all the ingredients until smooth and melted.

Step 4 of 4

Finally, pour it into a serving bowl and top with TRUFF Hotter Sauce.

3) 1/4 cup Minor Figures Organic Oat Milk

4) 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
