Method

Step 1 of 3

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend for 5-10 minutes until you get a smooth and creamy texture.

Step 2 of 3

Taste the smoothie, add more milk if it’s too thick or sweetener to your liking.

Step 3 of 3

Pour into a cup or mason jar. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

2) 2 Frozen bananas

3) Snappea simply unsweetened pea milk

4) Roasted cashew nuts

5) Ohayo organic Ceylon

6) Cinnamon powder
