Method
Step 1 of 6
In a pot, whisk well the jelly powder and water.
Step 2 of 6
Add chrysanthemum flowers and goji berries into the mixture.
Step 3 of 6
Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
Step 4 of 6
Add one lychee to each mold then pour in jelly mixture.
Step 5 of 6
Cover the molds with cling film and chill for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
Step 6 of 6
Jellies can be kept in the fridge for 4-5 days.
Mid Autumn Festival
Ingredients
1) 1 pack Konnyaku Jelly Powder
2) 950ml of Cool Water
3) 2 tbsp dried Chrysanthemum flowers
4) 1 tbsp dried Goji berries
5) 1 can of Lychee - separate water and fruit
6) 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
