Grease a 9x13 baking dish, set aside.

In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat.

Drain excess grease from skillet.

In a medium bowl mix the salt, eggs, cream and milk. Then add browned sausage, bread cubes, and cheese. Stir together until evenly coated.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Cover with foil and chill for at least 2 hours to overnight.
Step 6 of 7
Preheat the oven to 180°C . Bake the casserole covered for 50-60 minutes.
Step 7 of 7
Reduce the heat to 160°C. Uncover the casserole and bake for 20-30 additional minutes or until the casserole has set.

2) 1/4 cup Tatua Cooking Cream
3) 1 cup Emborg Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4) 3 Eggs, beaten
5) 1/4 cup Whole Milk
6) 3 slices White Bread, toasted and cubed
7) 1/4 teaspoon Salt
