Method

Preheat the oven to 180°.

In a small bowl, mix together the yoghurt, cream cheese, and honey. Keep chilled until needed.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat flour, bananas, baking powder, and oat milk.
Step 4 of 8
Grease some ramekins.
Step 5 of 8
Pour half of the oat batter into the ramekin. Then, add in half of the cream cheese mixture.
Step 6 of 8
Add the frozen blueberries and layer it with the rest of the oat batter, remaining cream cheese mixture, and more frozen blueberries.
Step 7 of 8
Bake for about 15-20 minutes.

2) 1/2 cup Mashed Bananas
3) 1 tsp Baking Powder, finely chopped
4) 1/2 a cup Oatmilk
5) Frozen blueberries, to taste
6) 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
7) 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
8) 1 tbsp Honey
