Method
Step 1 of 5
Starting off by preparing Langit Rice according to the instructions behind the packaging.
Step 2 of 5
Then, start by combining coconut milk, coconut oil, and Athene Spice Percik Kelantan spice together to make the perfect Percik marinade. Pour the marinade over chicken thighs in a baking tray. Rub with both your hands to distribute evenly so that the chicken thighs are well-coated with the sauce.
Step 3 of 5
Let it sit for at least 30 minutes for the chicken to absorb and preheat the oven. Next, place the chicken carefully into the oven and bake it for around 20-30 minutes at 180°C.
Step 4 of 5
For the acar, roughly chop up cucumbers, carrots, onions, and pineapples into a medium bowl. Add vinegar and sugar in a 2:1 ratio and mix well.
Step 5 of 5
Transfer the Langit Rice, Ayam Percik, and Acar that was prepared earlier into a serving plate and enjoy!
