Heat oven to 190°C.

In a frying pan, brown beef over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes.

Drain excess fat from beef.
Step 4 of 9
In a large bowl, combine browned beef, chilies and 1 cup of enchilada sauce.

Place tortillas on a work surface. Spread ¼ cup of beef mixture in the centre of each tortilla, sprinkle one tablespoon of feta on top.
Step 6 of 9
Wrap tortillas tightly around the filling, place seam side down in a baking dish. Top with remaining enchilada sauce.
Step 7 of 9
Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from the oven.
Step 8 of 9
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Step 9 of 9
Sprinkle with more feta and cilantro before serving.

2) 1 Can (4.5oz) Jalapenos, chopped
3) 1 Can Red Chile Enchilada Sauce
4) 10 6-inch Flour Tortillas
5) 3pcs D’Artisan Herbed Halloumi
6) 1 Cup Lemnos Feta Cheese, crumbled
7) Cilantro, for serving
